When searching by part number, just enter the Part number like 10101 don't precede the part number with any text or symbols
To enter a query, simply type in a few descriptive words and hit the 'search' button for a list of relevant content.
- Choosing the right search terms is the key to finding the information you want. Use specific keywords and avoid general terms. For example, Chassis Harness produces different results than Harness.
- Check your spelling. For example Switches will return results while Switchs returns no results.
- Try different combonations of search terms. For Example Streetrod or Street rod
- Enter keyword phrases, rather than single words. Generally, more terms will provide a more relevant result set. For example, GM Keyed Column produces better results than Chassis Harness.
- To search on an exact phrase, simply put quotation marks around your search terms, such as "Non GM Keyed Column". This will generally reduce the number of results returned.
- Capitalization of search terms is ignored. A search for Chassis Harness will return documents containing chassis harness, chassis Harness, and Chassis Harness.
- Searches are performed on the exact terms you entered into the search box; we do not use stemming or wildcard operators.
- If you have too many results, try adding words to your query.
- If you have too few results, try omitting words from your query
